At our recent annual Back to School Gathering and Spirit Day, more than 650 Visions staff members came together for a photo that captured something truly special: the strength of our growing Visions community.

With more than 8,600 students across nine Northern California counties, our teachers and staff are spread across a vast region. Yet, every day, they come together remotely with a shared purpose—to empower students and create opportunities for them to thrive.

This year’s gathering marked a milestone: the largest staff group in Visions history. It’s a powerful reflection of our intentional growth and the incredible people who make that growth possible.
