Building a Culture of Growth at Visions In Education

This culture of care and collaboration creates a positive foundation for the work we do every day.

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who believe in continuous improvement and in lifting one another up. “Once you are on board at Visions, you realize, like we all say, it is really good to be Visions,” added Kristin Shumaker, Vendor Support Analyst. This culture of continuous improvement helps ensure students and families experience the high-quality support they deserve, while also empowering staff to learn, grow, and thrive in their roles.
