May Is Mental Health Awareness Month
Dear Students and Families,
May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to shine a light on the importance of mental well-being for everyone. Just like we care for our physical health, it’s just as important to care for our thoughts, emotions, and feelings, too!
Mental health matters at every age, and by learning together, we create a more supportive, compassionate school community. Whether it’s practicing mindfulness, talking about emotions, or simply making space for kindness, every small step counts.
Let’s take this opportunity to check in with ourselves and each other — and remember, it’s okay to ask for help. 💚
