Visions Presents at School Pathways User Academy Conference
This October, Visions In Education’s Attendance & Records Manager, James Hartley presented at the 2026 School Pathways User Academy conference held in Rancho Cordova, California.
At Visions, we embrace opportunities to advance our knowledge to continue serving our mission of preparing each student to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Our attendance and presentation at this year’s conference showcases the efforts of our staff to grow and lead in future endeavors while ensuring that all voices are heard in all spaces.
Visions In Education’s Presentations
Hartley’s presentation, supported by Visions Business Analyst, Garrett Verissimo, “Create-A-Report In Action: Real-World Tracking & Workflow Solutions With Visions In Education,” showcases how our school uses the platform in our day-to-day work. Hartley and Verissimo covered three practical applications: creating workflows for follow-ups, using custom fields to track processes, and setting up data pulled from process flows created.
“One of the things I really enjoyed about presenting at the School Pathways User Academy was getting to share the innovative ways we leverage our systems at Visions. We’ve found creative ways to use the tools available to us to improve workflows, solve problems, and make everyday processes more efficient,” shared Hartley, “It’s fun to share those ideas with other charter schools and help them see what’s possible when you think beyond the traditional ways of using a system. If we can inspire another school to try something new or make their work a little easier, that’s a win!”
The User Academy conference gathers educational professionals together to gain additional insight about the School Pathways platform. Harley mentioned that Verissimo was helpful to explain the “behind-the-scenes” work such as formulas, “His expertise was a great addition to the session and helped provide some additional insight into how we bring these tools to life.”

At Visions, we look for opportunities to keep learning so we can serve our mission of preparing each student to succeed in a rapidly changing world. When our team members share their knowledge with other schools, it shows how much care goes into the behind-the-scenes work that supports our students and families.
Visions is proud to continue our partnership with School Pathways to continue to drive success in maintaining student records and protecting student information. As a presenter at this year’s conference, we maintain our commitment to student success.
