Graduating Seniors mark your calendars!
Visions In Education’s June Commencement Ceremonies will be held on June 4, 2025 at Sacramento’s Memorial Auditorium.
This year, graduates will be assigned to either morning or afternoon ceremony based on their principal group (See the Table below). For now, mark your calendars and get ready to celebrate with your family and friends!

Independent Study Graduates in the Alward Community
Grad Arrival Time: 8:30 am
Rehearsal Start Time: 9:00 am
Doors Open to Guests: 10:00 am
Doors Close to Guests: 11:20 am
Graduation Starts: 11:30 am
Graduation Ends: Around 1:00 pm.
Afternoon Ceremony
June 4, 2025
5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Independent Study Graduates in the Moses, Patel, and Lewis Communities
Early Graduates who didn’t walk in February
Grad Arrival Time: 2:30 pm
Rehearsal Start Time: 3:00 pm
Doors Open to Guests: 4:00 pm
Doors Close to Guests: 4:50 pm
Graduation Starts: 5:30 pm
Graduation Ends: Around 7:00 pm
Grad Checkout Dates
Visions will be hosting graduate checkouts throughout our service area. All graduates must complete grad checkout before June 4th. All checkouts will have staff onsite to collect materials and payments ahead of graduation.

How do I know which community I am in?
If you haven’t met your principal or have forgotten which community you are in, you can check on LPAD under the My Contacts section in the left-hand sidebar. You will also receive a letter with specific instructions and will be reminded as we get closer to our ceremony date.
Graduation Webinar
Join us for an informational graduation webinar on May 14, 2025, from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm. We will go over important items related to graduate checkout and the graduation ceremonies during the webinar.
